Getting Started

Welcome to Fashion Factory! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

1. Create Your Account

Visit our pricing page and select a plan that suits your needs. You'll need to provide your business name, choose a subdomain, and create your admin account.

2. Set Up Your Workspace

Once registered, configure your business settings, add team members, and customize your workspace to match your brand.

3. Explore the Dashboard

Familiarize yourself with the dashboard. From here you can manage tenants, view analytics, handle billing, and access all admin features.

Account Setup

Learn how to configure your account and workspace settings.

Subdomain Configuration

Your unique subdomain is used to access your workspace. Choose a memorable, brand-appropriate subdomain during registration. You can update it in settings.

Team Members

Invite team members to collaborate. Each member gets their own login with role-based access permissions. You can manage roles and access levels from the dashboard.

Tenant Management

As an admin, you can create and manage multiple tenant workspaces.

Creating Tenants

Navigate to the Tenants section in your dashboard to create new tenant workspaces. Each tenant gets their own subdomain, users, and subscription plan.

Tenant Status

Tenants can have different statuses: Active, Trial, Suspended, or Canceled. You can change these statuses from the tenant details page.
